Residential FAQ
For your first pick up, please pack your laundry in 13-gallon trash bags. Your clean laundry will be returned in the Loopie Duffels, which are yours to keep!
Our standard Loopie Duffel has a capacity of 13 gal., holding up to 20lbs or laundry, ~1-2 loads of laundry!
We currently offer our services in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, Washington D.C. and more areas coming soon!
Our drivers take care to pick up during your selected time slot so you know when to expect us. Feel free to leave your order at your doorstep or transfer to your driver when they arrive.
Yes, each bag is washed as one load. If you prefer to have your items washed separately, simply put them in different duffel bags.
Wash: Warm (default) / Cold / Hot
Dry: Regular (default) / Delicate
Detergent: Dropps Clean Scent (default) / Lavender Eucalyptus / Unscented / Fresh Scent Sensitive Skin
You can also provide your own detergent!
You can select the wash and dry settings of each duffel bag simply noting your preferred option on the notecard located on the side pocket of the bag.
If you can zip the bag shut completely we’ll wash it! Otherwise you may be charged for an additional bag.
Loopie is proud to offer dry cleaning in select markets. As of now those markets are Austin TX, Denver CO, and Chicago IL. Please check back for further updates.
Commercial FAQ
Upon pickup, our driver will bring 1 standard and 1 large duffel to find the perfect duffel size for your laundry needs. Our driver are always equipped with extra duffels too in case your pick up have more than 1 duffel worth of items!

Nope there is no contract needed, simple as that!
Yes, we can set up a schedule that works best for your business. This way you don’t have to place an order every week so you can focus on your business.
Everything in the same bag are washed together. If you need items washed separately, simply order another bag!
Unfortunately we do not provide bleach at the moment.
Hotel FAQ
You may request for Loopie Duffels at the front desk, if they do not have them, please pack your laundry in 13-gallon trash bags. Your clean laundry will be returned in the Loopie Duffels, which are yours to keep!
No matter which hotel you are staying in, if it’s in our service area, you can order Loopie!
